All purchases are final as artworks are made to order. For this reason we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for any artworks sold through Tawhiao Art Salon. Please carefully consider and review your purchase before finalising your order or get in touch if you have any concerns, we are here to help tawhiao@tawhiao.com

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us, tawhiao@tawhiao.com, immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
