Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP 

Tawhiao Art Salon, 559 Great North Road, Grey Lynn, Tāmaki Makaurau 

Orders can be picked Wednesday - Saturday 12PM - 6PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES 

Tawhiao Art Salon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
